We have established the following policies to provide you the most wonderful stay imaginable. If you wish to make an exception to these policies based on your special circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Check-in and Check-out Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am Please call ahead to arrange with the innkeeper for later arrivals.
Breakfast Full breakfast with hot entrée of the day, coffee, tea, and juice is included with each overnight stay. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am however an early breakfast may be requested for corporate guests or those with early morning activities. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at time of booking.
Children and Pets Guests over the age of 10 are welcomed at The Lamp Post Lodge. As much as we love small children, our setting is not appropriate for young children; however we will do our best to accommodate special circumstances. We regret that we cannot allow pets. We love animals, but many people have allergies.
Wheelchair accessibility We do have one wheelchair accessible room, with direct access outside via a paved ramp & parking directly adjacent. This room includes a roll-in shower, shower stool, roll-up vanity and a king sized bed. This room allows access into the main living room, breakfast nook and front porch; please inform us if special arrangements need to be made to accommodate your needs.
Smoking For the comfort and safety of our guests, The Lamp Post Lodge is a non-smoking facility.
Reservations Advanced reservations are recommended and we try to make that easy through our online reservation tool or by calling us directly at (719)-783-2876. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard to hold your reservation, however, you will not be charged until you check in. We also accept cash and checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy We have noted and experienced over the years that many lodges have a very strict cancellation policy. We love our guests and want you to stay with us, and we realize that things come up! If your plans change, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Reservations cancelled with 72 hours notice will not be charged; otherwise, guests will be charged the full reservation amount, unless the room is rebooked.
