Seven Rooms (5 queen, 2 king beds)

Homemade breakfast for 14 people (any additional guests will be charged $8  per day for breakfast)

Facility Rental Terms

Deposit A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee accompanied by a signed contract is required to secure a date. The balance of the rental fee is due at check-in. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard for the deposit and to hold your reservation. We also accept cash and checks as a form of payment.

Capacity The Lamp Post Lodge maintains a two person per room policy for the safety of our guests. Please be respectful of that policy and do not invite guests to stay over in rooms or common areas.

Cancellations A full refund will be granted for cancellations 30 days before the booked date. If cancellations are requested within 30 days of the booked date the deposit will not be refunded. We realize that things come up and we will not be unreasonable in working with you, but we do rely on our booked rooms to stay in business and it is very difficult to re-book the entire lodge.

Damage A credit card will be requested upon check-in. If any damage is done by the user or their guests beyond normal wear and tear, that credit card will be charged appropriately to fix that damage. The business manager of the lodge will call the appropriate party to discuss the damage and charges before charging their card.

 

Facility Rental Policies

We have established the following policies to provide you the most wonderful stay imaginable. If you wish to make an exception to these policies based on your special circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Check-in and Check-out Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am Please call ahead to arrange with the innkeeper for later arrivals.

Breakfast Full breakfast with hot entrée of the day, coffee, tea, and juice is included with each overnight stay. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am; however an early breakfast may be requested for corporate guests or those with early morning activities. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at time of booking.

Children and Pets Groups renting out the entire lodge are more than welcome to bring their children. We typically do not cater to small children, so please call ahead to discuss specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. We regret that we cannot allow pets. We love animals, but many people have allergies.

Wheelchair accessibility We  do have one wheelchair accessible room, with direct access outside via a paved ramp & parking directly adjacent. This room includes a roll-in shower, shower stool, roll-up vanity and a king sized bed. This room allows access into the main living room, breakfast nook and front porch; please inform us if special arrangements need to be made to accommodate your needs.

Smoking For the comfort and safety of our guests, The Lamp Post Lodge is a non-smoking facility.
